Why did my demo account disappear?

Please note that MT4/5 Demos last for 60 days from the creation date. You can create a new one by logging into My Account, clicking on the Demo tab and finally click the blue plus sign (+) to request a new one. If you have a live funded account,, you can request for the new demo account to be set to non-expiry. The demo will then remain active as long as you use it at least once every 90 days.
